Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lb small new potato
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Scrub potatoes but do not peel.
  2. Cook in boiling water in a covered pot for 15-20 minutes and then drain.
  3. Chop scallion and cucumber and combine with milk, yogurt, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add mixture to potatoes and mix well.
