Greek Potato Garlic Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potato.
  2. Soak almonds in hot water for 15 minutes.
  3. Drain.
  4. Remove skin from the almonds.
  5. Combines the garlic, salt, almonds, and oil in a food processor.
  6. Blend into a paste.
  7. Add potato, water, lemon juice and vinegar to the garlic-almond paste.
  8. Blend again.
  9. Season with pepper.
  10. Check seasoning.
  11. Remove to a serving bowl.
  12. Serve cold or at room temperature.
