Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil orzo for recommended time.
  2. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Coat with olive oil and chill.
  4. Add tomatoes, feta, scallions, and parsley.
  5. Right before serving, add lemon juice and toss.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
