  1. Rub chicken with olive oil and lemon juice. sprinkle with salt. place chicken in 9x13 pan and bake for 45 minutesat 350 f.
  2. Cook tomatoes, margarine,pepper, oregano and 1teaspoon salt for 5 minutes.pour over chicken. reduce oven temp to 325 and bake another 45 minutes until tender. baste often.
