Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix dry in a large bowl.
  2. Combine honey, oil, brown sugar, flax and nut butter in small saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat until dissolved.
  3. Combine milk, vanilla and baking soda and add to honey mixture. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
  4. Pour honey-milk mixture over granola mixture and stir well. Wet your hands and press into a 15x10 jelly roll pan. Bake at 275 F for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and let melt. Spread around the entire pan. Cut into slices and store in refrigerator.
