Mix together rolled pats, bran, unsweetened coconut, chopped almonds, raisins, and wheat germ. Set aside.
Combine together molasses, vegetable oil, brown sugar and peanut butter in a 2 litre saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until dissolved. Stir constantly.
Combine the milk, vanilla and baking soda, and add to the molasses mixture. Stir for one more minute. Remove from heat. Pour molasses/milk mixture over granola mixture and stir untl dry ingredients are moist. Wet your hands, and press the mixture into a 15x10 inch pan.
Bake at 275F for 20-25 minutes. Let cool, cut into slices and store in the refrigerator. For best results, use Fancy molasses, Lite Molasses is not recommended.
