Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a wide pot over high heat, add popcorn, cover, and shake pot often. When popping slows, remove from heat until popping stops. Sprinkle popcorn with cheese while still in pot. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with garlic salt to taste, tossing well. Serve immediately.
