Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place carrots in lightly greased microwavable dish. Add wine, butter, honey,and lemon juice.
  2. Cover tightly with plastic wrap (vented at one corner).
  3. Microwave on high 5 minute.
  4. Stir in raisins, brown sugar, and curry powder.
  5. Cook 1-2 minutes more.
  6. Serve immediately.
