Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy flour
  • 3/4 cup potato starch
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 cup sucanat
  • 1/8 cup applesauce
  • 1/8 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup molasses

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients,.
  2. Then add to wet.
  3. Add about 1/4 cup of milk for consistency.
  4. Bake at 350F for twenty minutes.
