Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp.finely chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp.finely chopped celery
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until almost smooth.Chill any left over dressing.
