Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cups applesauce
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp mustard

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients through onion powder. Divide in half and put in two baking dishes. This is the point where I freeze one and cook the other. Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard for a topping and put on meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
