Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat a saucepan and add butter
  2. Allow butter to melt and add onions
  3. After about a minute add garlic, wine, pepper, salt, and cook for a few minutes
  4. Add mussels and cover immediately
  5. When mussels open (about 2 minutes)
  6. * do not cook longer than 3 minutes. if some of the mussels didn't open, thrown them away.
