Ingredients:

  • 10 cups of canned chickpeas
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup garlic , cloves
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 lemon , juice of

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large food processor.
  2. Add juice from chick pea can until desired consistency.
