10 cups of canned chickpeas
3/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup garlic, cloves
3 tablespoons tahini
3 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 lemon, juice of
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a large food processor.
2. Add juice from chick pea can until desired consistency.
