Garlic Creamed Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 2 10 oz. packages frozen spinach
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Thaw spinach and drain out extra water
  2. In a saucepan, add remaining ingredients and boil until reduced by half, about 3 minutes
  3. Discard garlic and add spinach to cream mixture
  4. Toss until coated and heated through
