Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs small even sized potatoes
  • 10 fl oz cream
  • 4 oz emmenthaler cheese or 4 oz gruyere, grated

Directions:

  1. Parboil the potatoes.
  2. Put the potatoes into a casserole dish.
  3. Mix the gream, garlic and nutmeg.
  4. Pour the cream mixture onto the potatoes.
  5. Place the grated cheese on top.
  6. Cook in a preheated medium oven 45-50 minutes.
  7. Serve.
