Garlic Butter Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 qt water
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 cup tone's garlic powder
  • dash accent

Directions:

  1. Put about 2 1/2 qt of water in pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile, peel and dice potatoes into small cubes. Place in pot.
  3. Boil for about 20 minutes or until really tender. Drain potatoes, place in a medium or large size bowl (preferably large size bowl so you don't spill any when you're whisking.
  4. Use a potato masher to mash potatoes thoroughly.
  5. Add rest of ingredients. Use a wire whisk to whip potatoes vigorously until smooth and creamy.
