Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Peel the tomatoes ( you can do this by boiling them for a short time)
  3. Remove juice and seeds from tomatoes
  4. Chop tomatoes,and add to a bowl. Combine garlic, 1tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and basil.
  5. Slice baguette into about 1/2 inch thick slices
  6. Coat each side of bread with olive oil (use a brush)
  7. Toast break on top rack of oven for about 5 minutes
  8. Take bread pieces out and put tomato mixture on top
