Garlic and Leek Quinoa

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until quinoa is translucent and the water is absorbed, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Stir and serve.
