Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. (instructions to cook quinoa)
  2. Put quinoa into a pot
  3. Add water,bring to a boil,then cover with a tight fitting lid,then turn heat down to a simmer,cook for 15 min. then take off of heat and let sit covered for five min.,then uncover and let sit for 10-20 min in fridge
  4. -
  5. Afte quinoa is cold down....
  6. Add peas
  7. Add raisins
  8. Add the optional nuts
  9. Add feta
  10. Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar
  11. (salt and pepper,optional)
