Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken fillets
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Slice chicken then chop garlic.
  2. Cut beans into 1/2 long pieces.
  3. Chop basil.
  4. Heat oil in a wok then add garlic and roast for 1 minute.
  5. Add chili paste and roast.
  6. Add chicken and stir fry for two minutes.
  7. Add fish sauce, sugar and beans then continue to stir fry.
  8. Reduce heat then add basil leaves.
