Directions:

  1. Cut your vegetables into the size your prefer for your vegetable dip tray or crudite tray.
  2. Fill decorating/frosting bag with cream cheese and attach the smallest round nozzle.
  3. Put two dots of cream cheese on each vegetable (for the whites of the eyes).
  4. Place a peppercorn on each dot of cream cheese and gently press them down.
  5. Arrange the vegetables so they can see your guests.
  6. Stand back and laugh!
