Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flours, brown sugar, baking powder (1 tsp.), soda and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine bananas, milk, egg, oil and vanilla.
  3. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients, just until moistened.
  4. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups one third full.
  5. Break each candy bar into 12 pieces.
  6. Place two pieces in each muffin cup.
  7. Chop remaining candy bar pieces; sprinkle over batter.
  8. Bake at 400*F for 15 minutes or until muffins test done.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
