Ingredients:

  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Boil for 30 seconds the milk and powdered sugar. Add the chocolate chips and boil for 1 min.,stirring constantly.Beat well until smooth and pour over warm brownies. This is enough to cover a 9x13.
