Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 unbeaten eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar & cocoa in bowl.
  2. Mix in melted butter.
  3. Stir in eggs.
  4. Add flour, salt and baking powder, then vanilla.
  5. Beat until smooth and fold in nuts.
  6. Spread in greased 9x9-inch pan.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
