Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 120 g flour , sifted
  • 550 g pineapple slices
  • 2 cup milk
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp agar agar pwd
  • 10 tsp custard pwd
  • 50 g butter
  • 600 ml water
  • 125 g sugar
  • 3 tsp agar agar pwd

Directions:

  1. Sponge Base :
  2. Pre heat oven at 180 degrees .
  3. Beat the eggs with sugar till light and fluffy
  4. Fold the flour in .
  5. Pour the batter into a 24 cm cake pan .
  6. Bake for 25 mins
  7. Cool it .
  8. Put it back into the cleaned cake pan as a base .
  9. Middle Layer :
  10. Blend the pineapple and make puree
  11. Cook till in a saucepan with milk , sugar and agar agar powder
  12. Add custard pwd and cook till thick.
  13. Incorporate butter and mix well
  14. Cool it abit and pour into the cake pan .
  15. Arrange your afev fruits on top and let it cool for awhile .
  16. Topping :
  17. Bring water to boil with sugar and agar agar powder .
  18. Once dissolve , stir and cool for 5 mins .
  19. Pour it over the top of the cake .
  20. Let cool and chill it for 1 1/2 hours
  21. Transfer to a serving plate and decorate on top ( optional )
