Ingredients:

  • 3 tabelspoon honey
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 350 g flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • for the icing
  • 150 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 8 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Whisk honey, butter, powder sugar, egg, salt together.
  2. Add flour, baking powder and milk.
  3. Butter and flour a large baking form and bake for 15-20 minutes on 200°C.
  4. Let it cool, slice in cubes.
  5. Melt butter, add sugar, cocoa, milk.
  6. With a help of tooth pich cover lamingtons with the icing and roll in coconut flakes.
