Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 170.C/150.C fan forced. Line a 20cm square pan with baking paper, letting 2 ends overhang for handles.
  2. Place butter,sugar and syrup in a medium saucepan,stir over moderate heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Cool for 5 mins, add seeds, cereals, flour & fruit, mix well until ingredients are well-coated & combined.
  4. Press mixture evenly into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25 mins, until set & golden. Cool completely in pan, lift layer onto a cutting board & cut into slices.
  6. Wrap individually in baking paper then plastic wrap, store airtight.
