Fruit Salad With Citrus Cilantro Dressing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In mixing bowl, add all salad ingredients
  2. In saucepan, add all dressing ingredients except honey
  3. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Pour through sieve into bowl removing cilantro leaves
  5. Stir in honey and cool
  6. Pour over fruit
  7. Chill
