Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine brown sugar, sugar and vegetable oil thoroughly.
  3. Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
  4. Blend in banana, walnuts, coconut and raisins.
  5. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
  6. Add to first mixture along with oats.
  7. Blend until well combined.
  8. Shape dough into 1” balls; place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and press down with a fork which has been dipped in warm water.
  9. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
