Ingredients:

  • 1 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. 1Freeze the banana overnight.
  2. Using your blender add the milk and break up the banana into small pieces.
  3. Blend on low till banana blends and then blend on high to get the froth going.
  4. Serve in a large wine glass and enjoy.
