Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400*.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, oats, oat bran, baking soda and cinnamon.
  3. Add apples, raisins, egg, honey oil and walnuts.
  4. Stir thoroughly. Add milk and mix thoroughly.
  5. Spoon batter into a greased muffin tin so that cups are three-quarters full and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Cool before serving and store in a sealed container.
