Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp saffron
  • 1/4 cup celery

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs,add milk and pour over bread crumbs.
  2. Add mashed potatoes and seasonings and mix together.
  3. Melt 3 tbs of butter in a pan and add the mixture.
  4. Let it simmer on top of stove for 15 minute.
  5. Fill chicken while dressing is hot.
