Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, heat the butter and then on low heat saute the garlic for 1-2 minutes, just to soften it.
  2. Toss the rice with the lemon zest and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the rice to the skillet and reheat.
  4. Remove from heat and toss with the basil before serving.
