Ingredients:

  1. Heat the oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Saute onion until soft.
  3. Add garlic and saute another minute.
  4. Add the rice and saute a couple more minutes.
  5. Add tomato sauce, water, and coriander.
  6. Stir and bring to a simmer.
  7. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce is absorbed and the rice has lost most of its stickiness.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste.
