Ingredients:

  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 3 cups fresh greens
  • 1 salt

Directions:

  1. Slice onion
  2. Wash greens and allow to drain in a collander
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan
  4. Add onions until translucent
  5. Add greens, salt and pepper
  6. Toss with tongs until collards begin to wilt
  7. Cook until desired consistency (crunchy or soft)
