sauteed collard greens
Ingredients:
1 onion
3 tsp olive oil
3 cups fresh greens
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 salt
1 pepper
Directions:
1. slice onion
2. wash greens and allow to drain in a collander
3. heat olive oil in a pan
4. add onions until translucent
5. add greens, salt and pepper
6. toss with tongs until collards begin to wilt
7. cook until desired consistency (crunchy or soft)
