French Onion Quiche

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop onions into 1/2 inch size pieces.
  2. Saute in butter until lightly golden, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool slightly.
  3. Stir in flour, eggs, and cream, mixing well.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  5. Pour into shell.
  6. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 30-35 minutes or until just set.
