Freezer Mint Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 5 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp mint extract
  • green food coloring, optional

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor until foamy.
  2. Pour into freezer safe dish.
  3. When edges start to get icy, stir and return to freezer until slightly firm at this point, you can stir and eat, or add a little milk or soy milk to make it creamier (i always do).
