Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In saucepan cook onion in butter till tender but not brown.
  2. Blend in flour and salt. Add milk all at once; cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly.
  3. Add cheese, stirring to melt.
  4. Stir in parsley and mustard.
  5. Fold in potatoes and Frankfurters.
  6. Place in a 1 quart casserole.
  7. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or till heated through.
  8. Prep time does not include cooking and cooling of the potatoes.
