Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fillet the fish and fry it lightly on both sides. Let cool and slice.
  2. Meanwhile, boil potatoes in water until tender yet firm. Drain.
  3. Chop cucumbers and potatoes. Mix with fish and mayonnaise.
  4. Arrange the salad in a pyramid and decorate with slices of fish, tomatoes and eggs.
  5. Pour mayonnaise on top.
