Ingredients:

  • 4 (16 oz) cans pork & beans
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 small onion, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 lb bacon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix all ingredients except bacon.
  3. Pour into 13x9 glass baking dish.
  4. Top with bacon strips.
  5. Bake 35-40 minutes.
  6. Let beans stand 15 minutes to thicken before serving.
  7. (Don't forget the cottage cheese!).
