Ingredients:

  • 6 large pork chops
  • 1 (15 oz) can pork and beans
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 small onion
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Place pork chops in a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
  4. Poor over chops.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
