Ingredients:

  • 8 large eggs
  • 3 to 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 lb butter

Directions:

  1. Sray a 12 x 16 inch pan with cooking spray
  2. Then melt butter in pan.
  3. Beat well the eggs, milk, sugar and flour.
  4. Pour into a the pan over the melted butter.
  5. Bake 450F about 20 to 23 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with syrup, jelly or butter
  7. Note: Cut recipe in half for 9 x 13 pan or in thirds for an 8 x 8 pan
