Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until light. Add cooled melted butter, milk and vanilla extract.
  2. Add flour, baking powder & salt, beat well.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold into batter.
  4. Bake and serve.
