Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 tbsp butter , for serving

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Grease muffin tins and heat the pan for 15 minutes.
  3. Beat the eggs; add the milk, oil and salt.
  4. Add the flour and beat until smooth.
  5. Pour batter evenly into hot popover pan.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve with butter.
