Ingredients:

  • about 1/4 cup pesto
  • pint of cherry tomatoes cut in half

Directions:

  1. Cook bowties
  2. Drain pasta and mix in pesto
  3. Once pasta is cooled stir in tomatoes and goat cheese.
  4. Makes a great side dish for grilled chicken or as a meal itself.
