Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Sift together flour, baking soda, and cinnamon
  3. Stir in the oats.
  4. Combine egg whites, brown sugar, appleasuce, milk, vanilla and raisins, and add to flour mixture
  5. Drop batter a teaspoon at a time onto a non-stick cookie sheet
  6. Bake 12-15 minutes.
