  1. 1. Add vegetable oil and onions into a wok or skillet. Cook until the onions are tender not brown.
  2. 2. Stir in cooked rice and soy sauce. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Add carrots and green peppers and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Give it a stir.
