  1. Mix butter, sugars, and eggs.
  2. Slowly add the flour, baking powder and soda, and salt to the mixture.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Roll into spoon sized balls and place on greased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
